Join EFAP EFAP New York - Congratulations Class of 2021!
On May 23rd, graduates, families, and NYIT faculty tuned into a stream that included celebratory speeches by government officials – Senators Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand – Lieutenant Governor of New York Kathleen Hochul, the chairperson of the Board of Trustee, Kevin Silva, and the conferral of undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees.
NYIT President, Dr. Hank Foley saluted more than 3000 graduates representing 37 states and 68 countries. This microcosm was the inspiration of his speech which focused on diversity and inclusion.
Congratulations Class of 2021!
Individual school and college ceremonies honored each graduate. One of our EFAP students, Clara (Bachelor in advertising, PR, and Technology – EFAP Lyon) earned two awards in parallel to her Bachelor’s degree:
- The Brigit Dawson Memorial Award for Excellence in English Language
- The Advertising Leadership Awards
