EFAP Program
For 60 years, the EFAP program has been offering a comprehensive communications training program that combines theory and practice, with in-company internships, real-life projects and courses taught by industry professionals.
Available in: Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Montpellier, Nice, Paris, Rennes, Strasbourg, Toulouse.
This program offers a two-part path :
- A 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Communication (School Diploma – Bac+3, 180 ECTS credits) to acquire all the fundamentals of communication and marketing.
- A 4th year to deepen your skills and strengthen your professional development, with the possibility of completing the program through a work-study format.
- Followed by a 5th year with a choice of over 20 Specialized MBA programs (including 9 work-study options), enabling students to develop professional expertise and enhance their employability.
Since its creation, EFAP Communication School has placed professional development at the heart of its teaching approach.
The program therefore includes internships each year, in France or abroad, as well as work-study programs starting in the 4th year. This progressive development of expertise enables students to build a strong, hands-on profile aligned with the evolving demands of the industry.

Which cities offer the EFAP program?
The EFAP Program, a Master's-level program in communications, is offered on ten campuses in France, located in the biggest student cities and at the heart of the main economic hubs. Students can take the program in Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Montpellier, Nice, Paris, Rennes, Strasbourg and Toulouse.

Does EFAP accept transfer admissions (after BTS, BUT or Licence)?
Yes, EFAP accepts transfer admissions and allows students with a BTS, BUT, Licence or Bachelor's degree to enter the program directly without starting from the first year. Depending on your background, you can join the school in second, third, fourth or fifth year, with a program adapted to your level.
Transfer admission to EFAP takes place in two stages: a review of your application file (academic background, experience, professional project) followed by a motivation interview designed to assess your skills, profile and ambition in the communications professions.

Are internships compulsory at EFAP?
Yes, internships are compulsory and form a central pillar of the EFAP Communications Program. Throughout the curriculum, students complete several internship periods, in France or abroad, representing up to 21 months of professional experience over the five years of study.
These internships enable students to discover different communication sectors (digital, press relations, events, advertising, marketing, influence...), develop their skills and gradually build a solid professional network.
Internship calendar:
- two months in the first year
- three months in the second year
- four months in the third year
- six months in the fourth and fifth years
