Après deux ans de BTS communication, Adrien a fait le choix d'intégrer l'école de communication EFAP en 3e année pour "la diversité des expériences des intervenants, qui sont des professionnels toujours en activité".
Dans le cadre de son stage de 3e année qu'il a trouvé grâce au
StageConnect organisé par l'EFAP, Adrien est chargé de communication RH pour la Direction Orange Grand Sud-Est.
Au sein d'Orange, son rôle "est de communiquer sur l'ensemble des sujets internes à l'entreprise en lien avec les ressources humaines : la diversité, l'inclusion, le handicap mais aussi le parcours professionnel ou la sécurité et la santé au travail", explique-t-il.
