Je m’occupe d’anticiper et d’organiser la venue des invités sur le festival. Je m’occupe de tenir à jour des documents, notamment celui avec les arrivées et les départs des invités, leur planning, faire les demandes à la billetterie pour les films qu’ils veulent voir… et m’assurer que tout se passe bien pendant leur séjour !”, détaille-t-elle.

Et la jeune étudiante en formation de communication est ravie : “Ce stage me plaît beaucoup parce que j’ai un poste avec des responsabilités et j’ai la chance de travailler avec une équipe qui me fait confiance et des supérieurs qui croient en moi.

“C’est très professionnalisant : il y a un peu d’administratif mais aussi pas mal d’opérationnel. C’est très intéressant. Il faut être rigoureux et très organisé”, ajoute celle qui a pu affiner ses qualités organisationnelles lors des nombreux travaux en groupe du cursus de l’école de communication EFAP.
