Le déroulé d'une étude de cas
Une étude de cas, c'est un client (une entreprise, une collectivité, une association, une fédération...) qui formule une demande de communication à l'EFAP. À l'issue de ce briefing, chaque groupe retrouve son coach et débute les recherches qui le mèneront quelques jours plus tard à une présentation orale devant ce même client. Cette préconisation fera pour les étudiants l'objet d'une notation à fort coefficient et leur permettra d'être dans les conditions réelles du monde professionnel.
Notre client est une Technopôle aquitaine, spécialisée dans l'agro-alimentaire. Il s'agit de l'Agropole, dont le directeur de la communication Jean-François Runel-Belliard est venu personnellement présenter son cas de communication aux étudiants de l'EFAP Bordeaux. L'objectif : accroitre et développer la notoriété de l'Agropole au plan national.
Nous sommes alors le lundi 19 mars 2007, l'horloge affiche 10 heures et pour l'instant, nul ne sait ce qui l'attend. Ce que chacun sait en revanche, c'est que le jeudi 5 avril prochain, tous devront être prêts pour le verdict final.
