Join EFAP Événementiel & Gastronomie au SIRHA
L'association des Toques Blanches Lyonnaises est une association regroupant de grands chefs cuisiniers de la région Rhône-Alpes. Ces chefs ont fait appel à nos étudiants en formation événementiel gérer leurs actions de communication événementielle.
Répartis en trois équipes, les étudiants ont reçu le brief client et ont travaillé pour proposer trois projets différents à l'association. Finalement, c'est une délégation de quatre responsables qui a été nommée pour prendre en charge la gestion du projet et la relation avec le client.
> Leurs missions : gérer la communication digitale de l'association sur les réseaux sociaux avant son assemblée générale et avant le SIRHA mais, surtout, animer et faire vivre leur stand durant le salon en plus de gérer toute la logistique événementielle.
Malgré quelques aléas liés la communication événementielle, les 5 jours de salon ont été très formateurs pour nos étudiants. Ils se sont relayés pour gérer les animations sur le stand et communiquer en direct sur les réseaux sociaux.
Cette mission a permis aux étudiants de mettre en oeuvre les apprentissages de leur formation événementiel notamment leurs cours sur la gestion de projet, la création de budgets, ...
Ils ont ainsi appris à travailler comme une véritable agence événementielle et à gérer la relation avec un client, ici un chef cuisinier. Il a fallu être toujours très réactifs et professionnels pour répondre à chaque demande de leur client.
Une opportunité qui a confirmé la volonté de nos étudiants de travailler dans le secteur de l'événementiel après leur formation au sein du MBA Spécialisé Communication & Management Événementiel de l'EFAP.
