Frequently Asked Questions

How to join EFAP?

Applicants residing outside of France must submit an online application file, followed by a remote admission interview. Entry is available in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of a Bachelor's degree, as well as in the Specialised MBA Cycle (4th and 5th year), depending on the validated level of study. Proof of proficiency in French or English is required depending on the language of instruction of the chosen programme. Once admitted, the candidate proceeds with their registration and the payment of the deposit (mandatory, as no registration will be processed without this payment), and then initiates their visa application with Campus France or their local consulate, supported by the international development team. Tuition fee payments can be made in instalments.

What are the career opportunities after EFAP?

EFAP graduates can access various professions in the field of communication, such as:
- Communication Officer
- Press Relations Manager
- Event Project Manager
- Community Manager
- Digital Communication Consultant
- Strategic Planner
- Marketing Manager
- Press Attaché
- Communication Director
- Media Planner

These professions reflect the diversity of specialisations offered by EFAP and the professional opportunities available to students.

Why choose EFAP over a business school or a university master's degree?

EFAP is a specialised school in communication and marketing, whereas a business school or a university master's degree often offer more generalist and theoretical programmes.
At EFAP, the training is designed for rapid professional integration with internships from the 1st year, work-study programmes from the 4th year, and strong immersion in communication professions.
Students develop both strategic and operational skills in an environment connected to businesses and international challenges.

How do I get my student visa for France?

It is important to start the process several months in advance.
The “student” VLS-TS is the required visa for a long-term study stay in France.
Requirements vary depending on nationality and country of residence: for certain countries, the procedures go through Campus France before submitting the consular file. The application has to be submitted to the consulate or the VFS Global centre three months before departure. Upon arrival in France, the VLS-TS must be validated online on the ANEF website within three months of entering the country. Upon admission, the international admissions team, in partnership with Studely, guide each student according to their personal situation and provide them with all the necessary documents, from the visa application to the first few months on-site.
