Une formation unique pour les salariés de la SNCF
SNCF choisit l'EFAP, l'école des nouveaux métiers de la communication, comme partenaire privilégié pour concevoir et déployer un programme de formation. Nom de code : HERMES.
Ce dispositif diplômant, innovant et sur mesure a pour objectif de permettre aux communicants de l'entreprise d'obtenir un master en communication : le diplôme de responsable communication de l'EFAP.
HERMES combine formation continue et VAE communication sur une durée de 6 mois. La dernière session a débuté le 17 décembre dernier et les formés seront diplômés en juin 2015.
