Passionné de musique depuis toujours, Pierre-Gilles a regardé les profils de professionnels reconnus de la musique afin de savoir quelle serait la meilleure formation communication à effectuer. C'est ainsi qu'il a rejoint l'EFAP en apprenant que le Directeur Marketing de Sony était diplômé de notre école de communication.
Rétroplanning, méthodologie, relations interpersonnelles ... les apprentissages de l'EFAP lui sont réellement utiles dans son quotidien de Directeur Artistique. Les points forts de l'EFAP sont selon lui son réseau exceptionnel et sa formation communication polyvalente qui permet de s'orienter vers les secteurs et univers de son choix.
Au sein du label Polydor, Pierre-Gilles DORISON travaille avec des artistes comme BigFlo & Oli ou Dadju. En tant que Directeur Artistique, ses missions se décomposent en 3 grandes parties :
- Dénicher des nouveaux talents pour qu'ils rejoignent Polydor
- Gérer l'aspect contractuel avec les artistes pour travailler ensemble
- Travailler avec les artistes sur la création de leur album
