Join EFAP #SeriousGame - Gestion d'une communication de crise
Le Serious Game de l'EFAP est un exercice de communication de crise sur un projet fictif. Cette année, nos étudiants en formation communication travaillaient pour l'entreprise fictive "Volvian" suite à un problème de publicité mensongère sur une bouteille 100% végétale.
Durant toute une soirée, ces étudiants en communication ont vécu différentes étapes correspondant à plusieurs journées et ils ont préparé les communiqués à la presse et au grand public pour gérer cette crise.
Le Serious Game s'est déroulé 100% en ligne et il a fallu que chaque équipe s'organise pour travailler à distance, un challenge supplémentaire !
L'exercice leur a permis d'apprendre qu'en communication, tout ne se passe pas toujours comme prévu et qu'il faut être capable de s'adapter. Ils ont également appris à travailler rapidement sans oublier de rester minutieux.
