Join EFAP Les Efapiens en action : Remise de trophées
Cette seconde édition du TOP10 des Recruteurs de la Diversité organisée en partenariat avec Mozaik RH mêlait conférences, ateliers et cérémonie de remise de prix et a accueilli de nombreuses personnalités comme Bruno Le Maire, Ministre de l’Économie et des Finances, Muriel Pénicaud, Ministre du Travail et Saïd Hammouche, Fondateur de Mozaïk RH.
En amont, les étudiants en formation événementiel du MBA Spécialisé “Communication et Management Evénementiel” ont été en charge pendant plus de 6 mois :
- de la création de l’identité visuelle de l’événement
- de la rédaction des différents supports de communication (présentation des exposants, ...)
- de la gestion des candidatures pour le TOP 10
- de toute la communication digitale
Le jour J, ils ont eu pour mission :
- d’accueillir les participants
- de gérer les flux entre les conférences et l’auditorium pour la cérémonie de remise de prix
- d’être les « Time Keeper » lors des conférences et ateliers
- d’assurer la communication Live de l’événement sur les réseaux sociaux
Impliqués à 100% dans la création de ce rendez-vous, les étudiants ont profité d’une véritable opportunité d’agir au coeur d’un événement.
