Mathilde, diplômée EFAP promotion 2011, nous fait découvrir son métier de communicante en interne au Bon Marché !
Responsable de la Communication interne et de l’Expérience collaborateurs depuis près de 4 ans, Mathilde est toujours autant animée par son métier : délivrer les messages clés à l’intérieur même de l’entreprise.
Après avoir exercé notamment pendant 6 ans pour Sephora en communication interne et corporate, sa mission aujourd’hui pour le groupe Bon Marché est de faire circuler les informations à destination du collaborateur, travaillant au bureau ou sur le magasin… soit un public regroupant plus de 400 métiers officiant au Bon Marché et à La Grande Épicerie de Paris ! Et Mathilde n’a pas fini de faire parler de tous ces talents en interne !
Pour atteindre ses objectifs, elle utilise de nombreux outils de communication aux multiples facettes : allant de la rédaction, au podcast, en passant par la vidéo ou encore l’événementiel. Elle jongle pour son plus grand plaisir entre différentes stratégies et supports afin de capter l’attention de son public en interne.
Mathilde est animée par ce contact privilégié qu’elle entretient avec les collaborateurs et s’épanouit dans l’univers du Bon Marché et de La Grande Épicerie de Paris, lieux de vie en perpétuel mouvement et transformation.
