EFAP ⎮ Big Battle 2026 x Parc Astérix
Article Summary
Forget traditional lectures and theoretical business cases. At EFAP, we dive straight into the deep end of communication agencies. The flagship event of our communication program, the Big Battle 2026, has just come to a close.
This year's pitch? A massive challenge set by a giant of French entertainment: Parc Astérix.
The pitch in numbers: A nationwide XXL competition
Imagine the collective buzz:
🏆 900 fired-up students
📍 8 competing campuses (Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Lille, Toulouse, Montpellier, Strasbourg, Aix-en-Provence)
🎯 1 unique and ultra-demanding brief
This year, Parc Astérix threw down the gauntlet for the Big Battle. For two weeks, our 3rd-year students had to build a strategic recommendation addressing the advertiser's real-world business challenge, competing against the best team from each campus. The goal: shake up the brand's codes, dream up 360° activations, and win over new generations.
Behind the flawless slides of the final deliveries, the Big Battle is a true psychological and creative marathon.
Is it stressful? Yes. Is it intense? Absolutely. Does it mean forgetting about fatigue, dealing with doubt, and constantly rethinking your strategy? Total agreement.
But that is also the magic of the Big Battle: discovering what you are truly capable of. Fighting for an idea, supporting your teammates, and realizing that you never work alone. This leap into the unknown is exactly what transforms our students into future marketing and media experts.
The finale: Lille lifts the trophy!
After fourteen days of non-stop rushing, strategic monitoring, and budgeting Excel spreadsheets, the final verdict was delivered. Each campus elected its finalist agency for the grand national oral presentation, facing the Marketing and Communication Directors of Parc Astérix.
The standard was exceptional, but one team managed to win over the jury thanks to a bold vision and a punchy sense of concept. Congratulations to the Lille team, who won this Big Battle! 👏 The Lille agency writes its name into the history books of this memorable 2026 edition.
Why this communication hackathon is a game changer
The Big Battle is not just an exercise to get a grade. It is the signature of EFAP's educational approach:
