The EFAP Alumni Network: a community that supports your journey
The EFAP Alumni Network: a career accelerator in communication careers
In the fields of communication, marketing, media, and events, networking plays a structuring role. 🚀 A recommendation can speed up recruitment, a meeting can spark a collaboration, and an exchange can shift a career path. The EFAP Alumni network is fully aligned with this professional reality. It allows graduates to stay connected with their cohort, engage with other generations, and activate valuable contacts at key moments: job search, career advancement, relocation, or launching a new project.
🎓 The EFAP Alumni app: simplified access to the community
📱 To access the EFAP Alumni network more easily, a dedicated mobile application is now available. It allows users to browse job offers, register for events, join professional clubs, and reconnect with members of the community in just a few clicks.
What are the benefits of the EFAP Alumni network?
EFAP Alumni events: meet, connect, move forward
The EFAP Alumni network organizes regular meetups across all campuses, in France and internationally: regional afterworks, class reunions, professional meetups, and themed events.
These moments are opportunities to reconnect with former classmates, meet new people, discover diverse career paths, and create professional opportunities. A simple encounter at an afterwork or event can lead to a recommendation, a collaboration, or a valuable contact for your future career.
The Young Graduates Program: support after graduation
Another key asset of the EFAP network: the Young Graduates Program is designed to support Alumni in their first professional steps. Graduation does not mean the end of support: the network remains active to help structure job searches, understand the market, and build confidence.
Hear from recruiters: online sessions with hiring companies provide opportunities to engage directly with professionals, better understand their expectations, and establish a first connection. Recent sessions include: a meeting with L’Agence VIP (Ingrid Fouledeau, Account Director) and Faces Agency, led by two EFAP graduates.
Career advice: other sessions focus on practical aspects of job searching, such as handling difficult interview questions or defining professional positioning, led by recruitment and career coaching experts.
The idea is simple but effective: not leaving young graduates alone in the job market, but equipping them with concrete tools and valuable contacts to launch their careers!
Masterclasses and professional clubs: keep learning and stay connected
Throughout the year, Masterclasses and conferences are also offered to Alumni on topics directly related to industry trends. Recent examples include the conference “How our brain creates value”, focusing on cognitive mechanisms that influence creativity, decision-making, and performance in communication. These sessions reflect the diversity of topics covered: strategy, innovation, industry trends, personal development, and leadership.
In parallel, professional clubs (digital, corporate communication, events, media, influence, etc.) enable more regular exchanges between professionals in the same field. The goal is clear: to keep learning, share real-world experiences, and evolve professionally—even years after graduation.

A network to activate at the right moment
The EFAP Alumni network is not just a directory of former students. It is an active community, structured around events, professional opportunities, and moments of exchange that support every stage of a career: first job, career development, relocation, or new project.
