Join EFAP Inauguration de la promotion 2024 EFAP de l’incubateur L’Escalator
Impulsé par Maurice Lévy, L’Escalator est un incubateur qui s’engage fortement dans l’accompagnement d’entrepreneurs n’ayant ni moyens ni relations.
Véritable ascenseur social, il met notamment à disposition un lieu, du matériel, un réseau et un accompagnement par des experts. Cet accompagnement est gratuit. L’Escalator a une vraie mission sociale qui est de favoriser l’égalité des chances dans l’entrepreneuriat.
Depuis plusieurs années, l’EFAP a tissé des liens puissants avec L’Escalator, et est fière de s'engager à ses côtés dans cette démarche de responsabilité sociale :
« La culture de L’Escalator est identique à la culture de l’EFAP. C’est un entrepreneuriat solidaire. Cette solidarité-là, ce sont nos étudiants qui la portent. On parle d’entrepreneuriat et tous nos étudiants à l’EFAP sont potentiellement des entrepreneurs. Et pour nos étudiants, c’est assez gratifiant de savoir que l’EFAP a cette démarche solidaire au sein de L’Escalator. »
L’EFAP a déjà un rôle de ressource pédagogique pour l’incubateur : des intervenants de l’école des nouveaux métiers de la communication, accompagnent des entrepreneurs. Cet accompagnement s’incarne à travers ; des ateliers animés par des experts de l’EFAP où les entrepreneurs « apprennent en faisant », des workshops et du coaching thématique et spécifique pour chaque start-up. L’EFAP propose également du mentoring pour des start-up sous la forme d’accompagnement de 6 à 12 mois.
Cette année, après plus de 300 candidatures, 24 start-up sélectionnées par le jury d’admission de L’Escalator forment la promotion 2024 EFAP :
