EFAP New York offers, as part of its partnership with NYIT, a professional Master's with 6 specializations :

The Master of Arts in Communication Arts offers a unique approach that combines theoretical principles of research, aesthetic design, cultural studies, and hands-on production techniques across a variety of both traditional and non-traditional media.

Students have the opportunity to create a degree program that is tailored to their academic interests and career goals through several areas of specialization.

Students are not only prepared for leadership roles that will drive change in the communication and media industries.

Students have to earn 34 US credits in one year (3 semesters):

  • Fall semester: from September to December
  • Spring semester: from January to May
  • Summer semester: from the end of May to the end of July

International applicants must provide evidence of English proficiency. They must achieve a minimum of 80 (Internet based) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

Students will earn the diploma: The Master of Arts in Communication from NYIT.

Upon completion of their American degree, students are legally authorized to work in the US in their related field for a year. EFAP New York assists students in the application for the Optional Practical Training (OPT).
